Our condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation, whether you're a couple, a small family, or a group of friends. It's ideal for skiing, boarding, leaf-peeping, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking.

You'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay. After a day of adventure, you can look forward to a great night's sleep in our new queen bed. If you have additional guests, the comfy sofa bed is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. You can start your day with a cup of coffee or tea brewed in either the Keurig or drip coffee makers. We provide ground coffee, k-cups, creamer, sugar, and tea with filters as well. You can also log in to your favorite streaming services on the smart TV.

For the perfect winter ambiance, we offer an electric fireplace. Please note that the condo can accommodate a maximum of four people.

Please note that the entire condo is available for use, with the exception of the locked owner’s closet. Additionally, guests have unlimited access to the Health Club, which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center.

It is important to keep in mind that the amenities may be closed at times for maintenance and renovations. We will inform guests of any such closures. However, for the most up-to-date information on amenities availability, please refer to Mountain Green Resort’s website.

During the winter season, building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios. This is a requirement of the homeowner’s association to prevent ice buildups and leaks. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please note: From May 13, 2024-October 31, 2024 There will be construction on the roof and siding of building 3 where the unit is located. Work hours will generally be Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Enjoy the complimentary amenities available within the same building, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and gym.

During the summer, you can also access an outdoor saltwater pool and shared BBQ grills and fire pits, which are located a short walk away from the building (between buildings 1 and 2). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.

The Main Building, where the condo is located, is also home to Black Dog Sports Ski Shop, which offers ski and boarding equipment sales and rentals/demos, apparel, as well as tuning and repair services.

You will have access to a ski locker located just outside the building. Our home is situated directly across from Snowshed and Ramshead Lodges, providing you with quick lift access. Additionally, a shuttle stops right in front of the building every 15 minutes (Thanksgiving to Easter weekend).

Please note that there is a ring doorbell outside the condo for security purposes.

A shared laundry room is also available on level A for a fee.

The indoor pool is open from Monday to Thursday from 10 AM until 6 PM, and Friday to Sunday from 11 AM until 8 PM. During holiday weeks, it is open every day from 11 AM until 8 PM.

The outdoor pool is open 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Don't forget to pack your pool towels!

We feel it is important to provide details about the accommodations and setting expectations for the sofa bed. We understand that a sofa bed is best suited for short stays and we strive to enhance the comfort of our guests by providing a plush mattress topper and a supportive board. These items can be found in the bedroom closet and should be removed before closing the sofa bed to prevent any damage.

To ensure a pleasant experience for our guests, it's important to manage expectations regarding the sofa bed. While our Airbnb can comfortably accommodate a couple or a small family with children, we recommend setting appropriate expectations if adults plan to sleep on the sofa bed. While we strive for a 5-star experience, we want to be transparent about the limitations of the sofa bed for adult sleepers.
